Spring is here and that means it's time for the 8th Annual GO W/ THE FLOW // Bike Week Edition yoga class! Yogi/music duo Tori Reynolds, owner of Speakeasy Yoga, and Ben Rivet, independent multi-media producer and musician, are teaming up with Five Rivers MetroParks to kick off National Bike to Work Week 2019 with 60 minutes of pure musical, yogic bliss and community connection! On the evening of Monday, May 13th, bike, walk, or ride over to RiverScape MetroPark where we'll gather under the big top for this music and yoga collaboration of music and movement that has catapulted the charismatic duo around the country and back since 2012. Tori's accessible, playful vinyasa sequence taps into the importance of steady and powerful breathing by linking it to the tempo of Ben's live-looped guitar, beatboxing and vocals. While the beat guides the breath, each student helps set the tone of class, and intuitive improvisation results in an immersive and perfectly unique experience. This class is all levels, kid friendly, and 100% FREE. Attendees will have a chance to win a class pass to Speakeasy Yoga and more prizes from Fiver Rivers if you ride your bike! Additional bike racks will be available for the event.BYOMat, water, and towel. Only once a year, don't miss this unforgettable event! We'll be there RAIN OR SHINE!
